RFI Consultants Inc. was founding by Ken Marcus, in 2005 with the goal of making our clients successful by providing expert level resources that our clients can depend on to provide the right answers and solutions to help make smart decisions. RFI Consultants works with AEC firms and Building Owners to educate them on how to leverage the power within Autodesk Revit Architecture.
RFI Consultants started training and implementing Revit when Autodesk first purchased Revit in 2002. As a result, RFI Consultants has a vast amount of experience with training, implementation services and working on projects of all types and sizes. This experience has provided RFI Consultants with a wealth of knowledge and project experiences to better serve its clients. Prior to starting RFI Consultants, Ken Marcus worked 6 years in the VAR (Value Added Reseller) channel providing training and implementation services for firms working with Revit, Architectural Desktop, AutoCAD, Microstation and Microstation Triforma. Before joining the reseller channel, Ken worked 9 years as an architectural design professional both in the commercial and residential fields, with the last 5 years as a Project Manager/CAD Manager for Gensler.

RFI Consultants provides fundamentals, immediate, advanced, project manager and BIM Management training for Revit. Additionally, RFI Consultants provides on-going support services to firms that are already using Revit. Our services include but are not limited to: project support, Family content troubleshooting and creation, BIM Management support, software installation and customization and Big Picture BIM strategic planning. RFI Consultants Inc. is also available, as a long-term BIM Management consultant solution to manage and maintain all of your BIM implementation needs.
RFI Consultants fills a need by providing a Revit subject matter expert who is passionate about providing training and support. Most small to medium firms do not need nor want a dedicated full time BIM Manager but still have the need for a trusted partner they can turn to when they have questions or need solutions. Most architects and designers are not interested in being software experts; they would rather concentrate on being the great architects and designers they dreamed of being, who use and leverage Revit on their projects. Finally AEC firms, regardless of size, whom are new in adopting Revit as an office standard, typically do not have internal resources or knowledge to help them get started in the right direction. RFI Consultants provides AEC firms a cost effective solution to have a Revit subject matter expert as a resource to use as little or as much as they need without worrying about hiring a full time employee.
